Our 100% donation policy is pretty simple. We believe that our relief efforts, innovation initiatives, and sustainable development programs, which provide for those in need and invest in their futures, are of the utmost importance. As such, Novitas Foundation utilizes all public donations in their entirety to fund projects and their associated expenses. There are NO employee salaries here.

Further, any donations received which are designated by a donor to a specific project or effort are fully allocated according to the donor’s wishes. (If a project has already received full funding, then additional funds received will be allocated to a similar project or where needed).

How can we operate under a 100% donation policy? To cover operating expenses, Novitas Foundation depends on the generosity of Pier Sponsors–corporate and private sponsors dedicated to the support of Novitas Foundation. We also rely on volunteer service and in-kind donations–from our staff who do not take salaries to professionals who donate their time and talent–to keep our operating costs to a minimum.
