Tanzania Dhaiso Tribe Water Well

Water is something that you might take for granted. With the simple turn on a faucet, water appears, but many around the world do not have water in their homes. Women of the Dhaiso Tribe would walk for miles each day in search of water. When they found a water source, they would fill up their 5 gallon buckets, carefully balance the heavy buckets on their heads, and walk it back to their village in Bwiti, Tanzania.

Image their delight to see water gushing from the borehole of the new well in their village! The Dhaiso women and children could not wait for the drill rig to move out of the way before rushing in to collect water. Thank you to everyone who supported this life-changing project!
